Pushbullet: this one has been controversial as of late but I still use it as the linchpin between my devices regardless of network. I have another 1 dedicated to Pokemon Go that doubles for both spoofing and for legit play, whenever a second account is needed, or some other people shows up after I've done the raid, and needs a bit of help doing the raid. I use my daily as both a phone, and for out playing.
Now as for using 2 phones, I've found when out playing legit, it's easier to handle 2 phones, versus what I've seen with people trying to juggle a phone, and a tablet at the same time. Below is a site that maybe of help with a list of devices with a 64 bit chip set: I think that 4 gig devices are going to be around for sometime to come, and I don't see Niantic saying we need more than that.
